Sarabjeet Singh

29, August 2026

By the grace of Waheguru Ji, on August 29, 2026, Manukhta Di Sewa Parivar was blessed with the opportunity to serve Bapu Sarabjit Singh, son of Didar Singh, from village Sitalpur in Jalandhar district.
Bapu Ji was living in extremely poor conditions in a dilapidated house. His hands, feet, and clothes were covered in dirt and filth. There were piles of human waste and garbage around him, and an unbearable foul smell filled the room. It had also been a very long time since Bapu Ji had bathed. Unable to walk, he was forced to crawl from place to place. His eyesight was also extremely weak.
At one time, Bapu Ji worked as a truck driver in Dubai. He had a wife, two daughters, and a son, and once lived with a complete and happy family. According to local residents, Bapu Ji used to physically abuse his wife, which led her to leave with their children. The residents said that she now lives in Canada with the children.
According to the information received, Bapu Ji was addicted to alcohol, and his condition had remained extremely poor for the past 10–12 years. He once owned a good house in the village, but after selling it, he built a small house on the outskirts of the village. Bapu Ji also owns six acres of agricultural land, but we do not know who receives its lease income.
Despite owning land, Bapu Ji would often remain hungry for several days and live in extremely distressing conditions. Because of his weak eyesight and inability to walk, he was forced to move around by crawling.
Bapu Ji has now been brought to Supnian De Ghar, where he will receive proper care and support. Please pray that he recovers while living here and spends the rest of his life in peace and comfort.
We also humbly request Bapu Ji’s family members to visit Supnian De Ghar and meet him.
