It was in may 2016 that S. Gurpreet Singh Mintu Malwa son of an agriculturist from village Hassanpur, Ludhiana who started his career as a real-estate agent decided to set up an eatery (Dhaba) on G.T. road near Doraha in district Ludhiana. Once on a sunny day came across one person Anu Shukla ( mentally challenged and paralytic ) who fell unconscious in front of the Dhaba, was picked up, given first aid, given a bath, changed his clothes and fed him with food, Got him treated from a doctor and uploaded few of his pics on social media. Followed by lots of comments and appreciation from across the world. This service extended when followed by many more individuals in worst conditions of their health and mind.

The service of humanity continued till the formation of an NGO who's strength continued to increase unlimited at Manukhta Di Sewa Sab Ton Waddi Sewa Society.
