Sandeep Kaur Atwal

13, June 2026

By the grace of Waheguru Ji, the Manukhta Di Sewa family was blessed with the opportunity to serve Sister Sandeep Kaur Atwal on 13 June 2026.

She was found in extremely distressing conditions on the Ludhiana–Jalandhar highway, a short distance before Phillaur. She was completely unclothed and had been sitting there for several hours, yet no one had even offered her clothing to cover herself. We are grateful to the kind-hearted man who sent us her video and provided her with a T-shirt. After receiving the information, we immediately sent our team to the location, where one of our volunteers removed his turban and used it to respectfully cover her.

When we reached her, she was in a very poor physical condition. There were multiple injury marks all over her body. One of her toes had also been amputated. She told us that she had lost the toe many years ago in an accident. However, she could not explain the bruises and marks caused by what appeared to be severe physical assault. It remains unknown who was responsible for inflicting such injuries, leaving bruises on her arms and body.

While speaking with her about her family, she shared that her father's name is Harbhajan Singh. Although her parental family originally belongs to Punjab, they had been living in Roorkee, Haridwar (Uttarakhand) because her father worked there. She also told us that she was married and has two daughters named Komalpreet Kaur and Dilpreet Kaur. Her husband's name is Rajinder Singh, but according to her, they are now divorced.

She further mentioned that she used to work in a packing factory in Ludhiana. She identified her maternal village as Bilga (Jalandhar) and named her maternal uncles as Ranjit Singh, Satnam Singh, and Kuldeep Singh Sanghera.

Only Waheguru knows how much of the information she provided is accurate, as she is mentally distressed and deeply traumatized. It is still unclear how she ended up in such a helpless state—hungry, thirsty, and without clothing. We do not know whether someone abandoned her there or whether she wandered there on her own.

If anyone recognizes or knows Sister Sandeep Kaur Atwal or has any information about her family, we kindly request that you contact us. If you do not know her, please share this video as widely as possible so that she may be reunited with her family.
