Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh. ๐
On behalf of every member of the Manukhta Di Sewa Sab Ton Waddi Sewa Parivar, heartfelt greetings to the entire Sangat on the sacred festival of Raksha Bandhan.
On 28 August 2026, the festival of Raksha Bandhan—a symbol of the sacred bond between brothers and sisters—was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm at Supnian De Ghar. On this beautiful occasion, our mothers, sisters, and daughters tied Rakhis on the wrists of our elderly fathers, brothers, and fellow family members, praying for their good health, long lives, and everlasting high spirits.
The love and sense of belonging that these mothers and sisters have for us are more precious than any wealth in the world. The members of our family who were once abandoned by their loved ones now find their lost relationships in one another at Supnian De Ghar. The mothers and sisters living here regard our elderly fathers and fellow members as their own brothers, while the young girls experience in them the love of fathers, grandfathers, and brothers.
A Rakhi is not merely a thread; it represents love, respect, trust, protection, and a sacred promise to stand by one another throughout life. This sacred thread has woven the entire family of Supnian De Ghar together in a single bond of love and belonging.
Our daughters also tied Rakhis on the wrists of patients admitted to the hospital. With great affection, our mothers, sisters, and young girls tied Rakhis on the wrists of our elderly fathers and brothers who were able to walk and participate in the celebration. These mothers and sisters also tied Rakhis on our wrists, blessing us with their boundless love and affection.
We pray at the holy feet of Waheguru Ji that we may always stand beside these mothers and sisters as their brothers and sons, continue serving them, and support them through every joy and sorrow.
Please join us in praying that every member of Supnian De Ghar remains healthy, happy, and forever in Chardi Kala. May Waheguru Ji always keep His merciful hand over our shared family. ๐
