By the grace of Waheguru Ji, on 26-06-2026, the Manukhta Di Sewa family was blessed with the opportunity to serve Jasveer Kaur and her grandmother Amarjit Kaur (wife of Late Mian Singh) from Village Chauke, Maur Mandi Tehsil, Bathinda District.
The grandmother and granddaughter were living in extremely poor and heartbreaking conditions in their own home.
Late Mian Singh and Mata Amarjit Kaur had two sons. However, fate dealt this family one tragedy after another. In 1992, Mian Singh, who was also the village Numberdar (village headman), died by suicide. Some time later, one of their sons, Hardev Singh, also died by suicide. After these tragic losses, the responsibility of the family fell upon their second son, Bhupinder Singh, and Mata Amarjit Kaur.
Bhupinder Singh got married, but due to drug addiction, he too passed away at a young age.
The villagers informed us that little Jasveer Kaur had developed severe matted hair (jatas) on her head, which made it necessary to cut her hair. They also shared that this family once owned seven acres of agricultural land. According to them, five acres were sold by Mata Amarjit Kaur's maternal relatives, who kept the money with themselves, while some amount is reportedly deposited in Mata Amarjit Kaur's name. The complete truth of these matters is known only to Waheguru Ji. What is undeniable, however, is that today this grandmother and granddaughter were living in conditions even worse than hell within their own home.
Considering their condition, both grandmother and granddaughter have been brought to Supneyan Da Ghar (Home of Dreams) for proper care, treatment, and rehabilitation.
We would also like to clearly state that we have absolutely no interest or involvement in their movable or immovable property.
If any relatives, acquaintances, or residents of the village who know this family are watching this video, we humbly request them to visit Supneyan Da Ghar and meet them. If anyone has additional facts or information regarding this family, we request them to come forward and share their side of the story.
We sincerely pray that Waheguru Ji bless this innocent daughter, Jasveer Kaur, and our respected Mata Amarjit Kaur with good health, peace, and a life filled with happiness. ๐
