With the grace of Waheguru Ji, the Manukhta Di Sewa family got the opportunity to serve a god-like elderly father, Bapu Jai Shankar Prasad Ji, on 22-04-2026 from Mata Rani Chowk, Ludhiana.
Bapu Ji shared his details as follows:
Name: Jai Shankar Prasad
Father’s Name: Uma Mahesh Prasad
Address: Village Imranpur, District Begusarai, Bihar
Bapu Ji told us that he was married and has children, but he left his home and family many years ago.
According to the local people, Bapu Ji has been sitting at this same chowk for nearly 30 years. Earlier, he was able to walk on his own, but now due to physical weakness, he is unable to move around. Locals say that Bapu Ji remains absorbed in devotion to God throughout the day. If someone offers him food, he eats; otherwise, he continues his prayers quietly.
